What could be more important than a peaceful vacation? We are absolutely convinced that renting an apartment provides a safe vacation.
For Casa Julia, the well-being of everyone is our priority and that is why we offer you a perfectly clean apartment. We will also keep a period of 24 hours between each rental, in order to strengthen security in our establishment.
We also offer you a certain flexibility in this period of recovery, in order to calmly book your long-awaited, well-deserved vacation...
All reservations made for a stay during the 2022 season have the following advantages:
• Prepayment of 15% (instead of 30%) of the total rental price to confirm your reservation.
• Payment of the balance as well as the deposit (refundable) 20 days before your arrival (instead of 30 days).
• In the event of a new alarming situation due to Covid19 which involves measures preventing you from traveling and/or crossing borders, you can modify or even cancel your stay (full refund) without prior delay before your arrival.
We know this summer time will be different and we want you to know that your safety and well-being is our top priority.
