Météo
This beach stretches from the Velerín river to Arroyo de las Cañas. It is usually a quiet place that does not register a great crowd. With a length of nearly 1,200 meters and a width of 30, its access is easy and it includes several services...
Including showers, rental of umbrellas, deckchairs and small boats. It has an unattended car park.
Visited by the owners of the beautiful houses in the area, the existence of rocks in the seabed makes it a privileged place for lovers of underwater fishing. The beach is located in the area of Arroyo Vaquero.
Playa Las Arenas - El Gobernador (Manilva)
The tranquility of its waters and its sand contrasts with the rocky landscape in the background. On this beach there is a small cove called "Cala de la Sardina".
This beach owes its name to the neighboring "Cañada Real de Los Barrios", through which cattle once passed. It is a beach of fine slate sand, of great landscape interest thanks to its large extent. These factors make the location ideal for taking long walks by the sea.
Playa Ancha (Casares)
This beach is the closest to the apartment and this is where you arrive when you walk down to the beach (about fifteen minutes).
It is divided into 3 sections:
- Playa de la Sal: it goes from the Torre de la sal to the edge of a cliff covered by vegetation. It is 20m wide. Several small beach restaurants can be found nearby...
- Playa Chica: it goes from the road access of the N-340 to the Parrilla stream. Irregular in width, from 20 m to 50 m.
- Playa Ancha: it is a large expanse of spacious sand open to the sea that juts out between the Parrilla stream and the Manilva river (limit with the municipal territory of Manilva), close to the marina of La Duquesa (Manilva) and the port of Sabinillas Fishing.
You will find in Playa Ancha a chiringuito (beach restaurant) where you eat very good fish dishes and all kinds of tapas ... All accompanied by a delicious sangria !
Welcome to the Costa de la Luz. Windswept by the Atlantic winds of Andalusia, the beaches of this "Coast of Light" are undoubtedly among the most beautiful in Spain.
From Tarifa to the Portuguese border there are some really fantastic beaches. Each of them deserves special mention. However, an exceptional beach that we like to go to is Playa de Bolonia.
